2013 Audi A6 Allroad Review
Following a series of launches, Audi unveiled the next generation 2013 Audi A6 Allroad. Within a couple of days, this is the second launch in the Allroad format followed after the 2013 Audi A4 Allroad. The new A6 Allroad is expected to boost the sales and attraction in the market. The revamped design of A6 series and précised styling gathered a lot of public at the stall in 2012 Geneva Motor Show. This new A6 Allroad makes the family of A6 Series complete.
This new Allroad is available in 4 engine options which include 3 diesel TDI units and 1 TFSI gasoline unit. The TDI engines produce 204 hp, 245 hp and 313 hp respectively with torque being rated at 332 lb-ft, 428 lb-ft and 479 lb-ft. The high torque in all models ensures better acceleration in all terrains. The 313hp TDI engine is available in S6 model whereas other two will stay in the A6 series. The gasoline engine also produces a tad high power rated at 310hp with torque being 324 lb-ft. The 245hp TDI unit and the 310hp TFSI unit are mated to the S tronic transmissions whereas the 204 hp is mated to manual transmission. It also carries a host of all terrain features like ESP, adaptive air suspensions, brake disc wiping, under body steel guards and Quattro all wheel drive system.
The interiors of the 2013 Audi A6 Allroad are sure to impress at a single glance. The seats are covered in the finest Milano Leather and are electrically adjustable, heated, cooled and with massage function (optional) as well. The things are so perfectly placed that your hands are going to fall easily to the perfect place. The dashboard is blended with controls very precisely. The MMI functions are programmed to help you in numerous ways.
The exteriors are also above expectations and are perfectly amazing from the new buyers. The lightweight construction through the wide use of aluminum ensures fuel efficiency and better handling. The headlights as eyes looks like jewels and the new brown color again raises the decency of the car.
Overall, the new A6 has many reasons to be loved. But the only cons for this car is that it won’t be sold in US till yet and is going to be released only in Europe. Expect the new 2013 Audi A6 Allroad to be priced at €54600. The price tag seems to be tad high, but many people do favor the luxury aspects more.
