There’s a broad range of impressive engines on offer in the A1, ranging from a 1.2 turbo petrol right up to a top-of-the-range 2.0 diesel. Most of the testers are impressed with the petrol engines, especially the peachy 1.4 – whilst the smaller 1.2 engine feels a bit underpowered at times, the 1.4 has a fair bit of poke across the rev range yet returns decent fuel economy and suits the car’s character More >

The slow pace of sale of Audi A1 might be a reason for worry to the company, since after its launch in August, the company has just sold around 20,000 units, whereas its main competitor, BMW Mini has sold more than 41,000 units.
The reason for the weak sales of A1 may be its higher price and lesser options to choose from. The BMW Mini has in total of 12 different variants to choose from and there in adding different available packages makes your Mini stand out distinct in the crowd. Audi A1 currently offers only three variants and till now only 3-door hatchback is introduced. The 3-door models are fashionably good for youngsters, but there is a very small percent of family people, who would prefer a 3-door hatchback over a 5-door. These extra doors add a lot of comfort and ease of relaxation to the passenger sitting More >
