It seems like just yesterday when we were enjoying the awesome ride and performance that the 2014 A3 Audi was giving us but who knew in few months’ time we’ll soon be hearing about the 2015 A3 . Audi ‘s Plug-in Hybrid A3 E-Tron
Audi has finally unveiled the highly anticipated the first European eg of the Volkswagen Group’s (VW) latest parallel plug-in hybrid system in its Audi A3 E-Tron beast which has officially gone on sale after it made its debut at the famous 2013 Geneva Motor Show on March 5 2013.It also being expected a new Volkswagen Golf Plug-in hybrid will be introduced in a couple of years. Audi has prepared its all new redesigned entry-level Audi A3, but it will be no easy task. Currently there are two primary competitors out front: The Mercedes CLA (or A-Class, same platform) and the BMW 1-series, which has had this segment to itself for the past couple of years. 2014 Audi S3 is here – It’s ready to play
For years there has been speculation that Audi was working on an Audi A3 sedan for the US and international Market, and now it has finally arrived – not just in A3 form, but as the Audi S3 as well. The all-new Audi S3 will be powered by Audi’s all-new 2.0T engine providing 296HP and 280 Ft Lbs. of Torque. The car is estimated to go from 0-60MPH in less than 5 seconds. Audi’s Next Revolution: A3 G Tron
GENEVA: One of the worldwide leaders in car manufacturing Audi has made another remarkable discovery. The German car manufacturer finally introduced its newest addition to their line of A3 releases. This new edition is powered with CO2-neutral “e-gas” by Audi which is incorporated with CNG or compressed natural gas.
The “e-gas” is absolutely more affordable than gasoline and has already been proven to be eco-friendly. It has been slowly accepted by users and with Audi A3 G-Tron; they are highly expecting a change in people’s reaction. This fuel is developed in Welted, Germany at the world’s first ever power-to-gas plant which was intentionally built for the production of CNG.
